A Simple Salad Dressing - Olive Oil and Sugar

Ingredients and Method:

• juice of one lime
• 1 tsp sugar
• 1 tsp olive oil
• salt to taste

Mix all ingredients, pour over cut vegetables and toss until the vegetables are coated with the dressing.
